1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dhk7 website accessible at https://dhk7.io, including all games, betting markets, cashier functions, promotional systems, and support services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the dhk7 registration process.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dhk7 or creating a player account, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the dhk7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and dhk7 with respect to your use of the Platform.

dhk7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) active account on dhk7 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or personal details used. Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual will result in all such accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. dhk7 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify dhk7 support immediately at [email protected].

dhk7 employs SSL encryption and session monitoring to protect account security, but cannot guarantee that the Platform is free from all security vulnerabilities. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dhk7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time. dhk7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your dhk7 Real Money Balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, and always to an account registered in your verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or accounts held by another person are not permitted under any circumstances.

dhk7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only in respect of that specific promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all dhk7 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are held separately from your Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• When a wagering requirement is in place, bets are drawn first from your Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance is used only when no Bonus Balance remains.
• Wagering on certain game categories (including some live casino tables and jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus offers may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• dhk7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or use of automated tools.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

dhk7 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any software, script, bot, macro, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or unintended feature of the Platform or any game hosted thereon. Players who discover such issues must report them to [email protected] without exploiting them.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, poker hand results, or sports betting markets.

8. Intellectual Property

dhk7's total aggregate liability to any individual player for all claims arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dhk7 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dhk7 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

dhk7 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, natural disasters, or acts of third-party service providers.

11. Termination

You may close your dhk7 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any applicable pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

dhk7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continuing to operate the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to dhk7 or other players.
• The player has made a self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming tools.

In cases of termination due to breach, dhk7 may forfeit all or part of the account balance in proportion to the severity of the breach. Where termination is not due to player fault, the full Real Money Balance will be returned.

12. Amendments

dhk7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — dhk7 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to all registered players before the amended terms take effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, and updates required to reflect changes in law, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the dhk7 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dhk7 operates its Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, dhk7 does not make any representation that the Platform is lawful, available, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Any dispute between a player and dhk7 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the dhk7 complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by dhk7 at the time the dispute is escalated.
